Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: 12 May 2026

1. The short version

Some of the links to brokers, prop firms, VPS providers, and other tools on AlphaLab-AI are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and end up signing up or buying from the third party, AlphaLab-AI may receive a commission, a revenue share, or a one-off referral fee from that third party.

You never pay more because of the affiliate link. The commission comes out of the third party's marketing budget, not your wallet. And — this is the part we actually care about — an affiliate relationship is never a reason for us to recommend a partner. The criteria we use to pick brokers, prop firms, and infrastructure are technical (execution quality, spreads, regulator, server location, withdrawal track record) and independent of payouts.

2. Where you may encounter affiliate links

Links on the site that are not affiliate — for example, links to free academic resources, regulator websites, or competing products we discuss neutrally — are not flagged because the disclosure doesn't apply to them.

3. How we decide what to recommend

Every broker, prop firm, or VPS that appears on AlphaLab-AI is selected against criteria that we publish openly on the relevant directory page. Those criteria never include “pays us the most”.

For brokers we look at: execution model (MM / STP / ECN), spread + commission, slippage policy, hedging-mode support, regulator (tier-1 strongly preferred), server data centre, symbol catalogue, and public withdrawal track record.

For prop firms we look at: rule clarity (especially the static-vs-trailing drawdown definition), payout track record across multiple years, named broker arrangement, consistency-rule fairness, news-policy specificity, and KYC / dispute process.

For VPS we look at: data-centre location relative to broker servers (latency), CPU and RAM headroom, autostart support, named uptime SLA, and operational maturity.

If a partner offers us a higher commission to move them up the list, the answer is no. We have turned down partners who asked for editorial concessions, and we are willing to do so again. Our credibility is the asset.

4. What we will not take money for

  • Fake testimonials, reviews, or success stories. We never publish unattributed testimonials, and we never accept payment for a positive review.
  • Promoting a broker, prop firm, or tool we have not tested or that we believe is unsafe for users.
  • Selling, sharing, or aggregating user data with affiliate partners. Affiliate links use a referral identifier; they do not transmit your personal data.
  • Endorsing financial advice, investment strategies, or trade signals. AlphaLab-AI does not give financial advice (see our Risk Disclosure and Terms of Service).
  • Promoting any third party in any communication that does not clearly disclose the affiliate relationship.

5. Regulatory framing

This disclosure is designed to satisfy the United States Federal Trade Commission endorsement guides (16 CFR § 255), the United Kingdom Advertising Standards Authority CAP Code (Sections 2 and 3 on identification of marketing), and the spirit of the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive 2005/29/EC.

Where local rules require a more specific disclosure on individual links (for example, an inline “#ad” or “affiliate” label) we apply that at the point of use, in addition to this overall page.

6. Tell us if we get it wrong

If you encounter a link on AlphaLab-AI that you believe should be flagged as affiliate but is not, or you have any question about a specific recommendation, write to support@alphalab-ai.com. We treat editorial-integrity reports seriously and respond within 2 business days.
